PRODUCT INFORMATION

All parts sold by Mzanzi Tech are new or OEM-quality unless stated otherwise.
All specifications and compatibility details are provided to the best of our knowledge.

WARRANTY – 90 DAYS

All parts carry a 90-day limited warranty from date of purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage
Cracks, scratches, dents or bent frames
Water damage or burn marks
Incorrect installation
Tampering or modification of the product
Damage caused by using force or the wrong tools

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are valid within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
Packaging must be in original condition.
No scratches, glue marks, writing, cracks or signs of usage.
LCDs must be clean, with all protective films intact.
All accessories included in the package (adhesives, sim trays, tapes, brackets, etc.) must be returned exactly as supplied.
All returns undergo technical inspection before approval.
If the return is not approved, the product will be returned to the customer.

INSTALLATION

Mzanzi Tech is not liable for any damage to devices caused during installation.
We strongly recommend installation by a qualified technician.
Warranty becomes void immediately if the part is damaged during installation.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment must reflect in full before items are released.
No refunds on incorrect orders placed by the customer.

ORDERING, COLLECTION & INSPECTION

Customers must inspect their order upon collection or delivery.
Once collected, Mzanzi Tech is not responsible for loss, damage, or incorrect handling.

LIABILITY

Mzanzi Tech is not responsible for indirect damages, device failures, data loss, or technician-related issues.
All parts are used at the customer’s own risk.
