Returns & Warranty
Return Period
Products may be returned within 90 days from the original date of purchase.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt/tax invoice) is required for all returns.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
Original packaging must be returned in the same condition as supplied — no scratches, writing, dents, tears, or missing labels
All parts and accessories must be included exactly as supplied. This includes (where applicable):
– LCD screens must be clean, undamaged, and unused
– Sim trays, adhesive tapes, flex cables, and any other included components must be returned
– No signs of installation, bending, or tampering
Evaluation Process
Upon return, our technical team will inspect and test the product to confirm eligibility.
If the product is found to be damaged, previously installed, or missing components, the return may be declined or partially credited depending on the condition.
Mzanzi Tech reserves the right to determine the validity of any return.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for products that were physically damaged, incorrectly installed, or altered after purchase
Liquid damage or user-caused malfunction voids return eligibility
Refund / Credit
If approved, returns may be processed as a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the original agreement
